Data privacy and the protection of your personal information is important to Prevue HR Systems Inc. (“Prevue”, “we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, process and store about you through www.assessementstation.com and other websites maintained by Prevue (together referred to as the “Sites”), how we use that information, with whom we share it and your rights to confirm the personal information is current and correct. We only process information about you which is necessary for providing psychometric assessment and reporting services (“Services”) to our Customers. The Customer who requested you to complete one or more of our Prevue Assessments (the “Assessments”) provides us with personal information about you in the course of inviting you to take the Assessments. You may also provide such information directly to us where a Customer has requested that you self-register to complete your assigned Assessments.
The personal information we process about you is generally limited to your name, email address and other contact details (“Personal Data”). We also process your answers to the questions in the Assessments you complete (“Assessment Data”).
The information we collect about you is used to provide job-fit information to our Customers for the purposes that are outlined in the Prevue Candidate Resource Center on this page.

Personal Data is held by us in accordance with instructions from our Customers. Assessment Data is used to provide the Services described above. It is retained for research purposes to monitor the effectiveness of the Customers’ use of the Assessments, to confirm the continuing validity and reliability of the Assessments on a worldwide basis and to conduct ongoing research and development of the Assessments.
Except for disclosure of information to Customers or other companies we retain to assist in providing services to our Customers as described above, Prevue does not share, sell, rent or trade Personal Data with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We do appoint third party cloud computing service providers to process and store data containing information about you, in servers located in the country of Canada. Canada has data protection laws equivalent to those which are in force in the European Economic Area as per Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament. Prevue requires such third-party service providers to provide sufficient guarantees in respect of the technical and organizational security measures and takes reasonable steps to ensure their compliance with those measures in order to ensure your information is adequately protected.

Cookies are small configuration files which our system asks your browser software (e.g. Internet Explorer or Safari) to store on your computer for us. They enable us to identify you, so we can track where you are if you are undertaking an Assessment and lose the connection for any reason. If you delete our cookies or you set your browser not to accept cookies from us, you will need to re-set your preferences when you log into our system to allow you to re-start the Assessment where you left off when you were disconnected.
We keep Personal Data only for so long as the Customer who requested you complete an Assessment requires. We destroy, delete or anonymize your Personal Data as directed by the Customer. Customers will generally process, retain and use the Personal Data through the term of your application for a position with the Customer and, if you are employed by the Customer, throughout the course of your employment with the Customer.
You are entitled to see the Personal Data that we hold about you. You may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that the Personal Data we have about you is accurate and kept up to date. On receipt of your request we will inform the Customer with whom you are associated of your request and seek their direction.

Prior to starting the Assessments, you will be asked to provide your consent to the use of your Personal Data and Assessment Data by Prevue and the Customer who requested you take the Assessments. By indicating your consent, you give the Customer and Prevue your express consent to process, retain and use your Personal Data during the time period described above under “How Long Do We Keep Information”.
The European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) requires us to provide data subjects who are resident in any of the member countries of the European Union with more detailed information than is set out in this Privacy Policy. If you are resident of any country in the European Union, please review the GDPR Notice Requirements on this page prior to starting the Assessments that you have been requested to complete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be published on this website and where appropriate, notified in the Prevue Candidate Resource Center at this link. You should refer to the Privacy Policy from time to time if you wish to keep up to date with regard to the way we process your personal information.
